This fender also has an air inlet valve, that at one time developed a slow leak, so a black screw was put into it, as in the pic now it holds air just fine. As a result, it does have a few scuffs and scrapes, maybe even an ink pen mark or two, but it holds air just fine.

As in the pic, it really does still look like new. Excellent deal compared to buying new. It looks blue, however it's a very attractive teal color. All it was actually used for was a showroom model, or hung around or on showroom display boats long from tip to tip, by about 9 diameter.
