Even experienced boaters struggle with this problem regularly. When enough effort is applied the anchor will hinge at shank and your be free. Sea Halt anchors are designed to release when they stuck on debris or any structure in body of water.

Our 16 pound anchor has 3 holes where the shear pin can be placed for varying degrees of holding power. The best part is that you can reset it once's back on boat by replacing shear pin, which easily replaced without tools within seconds.

Each anchor includes 12 shear pins 2 mounted, and 10 in a bag. The anchor contains a shear pin that allows to pivot when fouled, releasing it from its stuck position.
