This comes with included hardware and instructions. This is missing one of the pins that holds ladder in place when extended. Please review pictures closely. Item comes as is.

Its been circled in red. The handles have a few scratch marks on them but they are small. The original box was damaged so this has been repackaged for optimal shipping.
