I bought this windlass from a friend few years ago, but my boats chain locker isn't designed to accept vertical. Plus, they deploy rope chain or all-chain anchor Rhodes at the touch of a button. Compact, stainless-steel windlass for power and sail boats feature an elegant, low-profile design that conceals a robust, reliable drive train.

All of my boats winches are Lewmar, and the manufacturer has a stellar reputation. This item is brand new and still in the original box. Features manual override and chain: release function a cone clutch for smooth, easy control. The worm gearbox, spline shaft and drive train guarantee maximum strength, control performance with every use.
